Cynthia Wagoner, Agent and Office Manager

Cynthia Wagoner has been a licensed real estate agent since 1989. Her first experience in real estate was selling residential property in the Bismarck Mandan area until 1995. Through other positions during her career with Flasher Public School, Bismarck State College, and Vogel Law Firm she came full circle back to real estate with the Aspen Group in 2003.

Cynthia has a degree from Denver Women’s College and has taken many career and development seminars through the last years. Cynthia also has extensive legislative experience starting with Senator Quentin Burdick in Washington, DC as a Staff Aide, presidential campaign work, and clerking for the North Dakota Legislative Session.
